Scattered across Northwestern’s campus are beds adorned with stuffed animals, from larger than life plushies to able-to-balance-on-your-head stuffies. Even though stuffed animals are often associated with childhood, college students still find comfort in them. On a campus often far from home, stuffed animals are a small part of making a new place feel cozier.

For these six Northwestern students, their stuffed animals are reminders of the people they love.
