The weekly Evanston Farmers' Market boasts a plentiful array of foods and produce, from loaves of sourdough still warm from the oven to blends of spices for the perfect cup of chai. Amidst a global pandemic, the 45th season of the market looks a bit different. Vendors and organizers found themselves facing many new challenges and unexpected surprises.
